What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can build Go back-end systems—production REST APIs, authentication, and developer tooling—while writing clean, maintainable code. I want to work independently and ship practical, well-documented features.

I’m a back-end developer specializing in Go, focused on shipping production-ready REST APIs, authentication systems, and CLI tooling. I care about clean, maintainable code and delivering features that work reliably in real environments.

I’ve contributed as an open-source backend developer since January 2024, including gostart, an open-source Go scaffolding CLI with an interactive TUI wizard, GitHub API integration, and multi-platform release pipelines. I built it with Cobra, Bubble Tea, Lip Gloss, and a keyboard-driven UX, then published v0.1.0 using GoReleaser.

I also built file-vault, a secure file storage REST API in Go using AWS S3 and PostgreSQL. It includes JWT-authenticated routes, Goose migrations, and sqlc queries, and I containerized the application with Docker and docker-compose for consistent local and production setups.

My professional ethos is simple: work independently, communicate clearly, and keep the codebase tidy with full API documentation. I’m comfortable contributing to open source and I’m motivated by teams that value engineering discipline and practical developer experience.
