At Dxwand, I validate AI-powered conversational agents across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, including intent recognition, contextual memory, payment flows, and third-party API integrations.
I use Langfuse to analyze LLM traces and response consistency, and Locust to simulate concurrent users and financial transactions. I track business-level metrics alongside API latency, throughput, and error rates.
At Orange Labs, I built and maintained a modular API automation framework with Robot Framework, reusable Jinja-based templates, and schema validations. I integrated test suites into GitLab CI/CD pipelines to support continuous validation of backend workflows and microservices integrations.
Across these roles, I’ve investigated distributed-system bottlenecks with Jaeger and Kubernetes Lens, and validated security using OWASP ZAP. At Orange Labs, I also reviewed automation scripts and mentored junior testers.
