I seek a role where I can apply clinical coding and health data analytics, contribute to system customization (DHIS2/OpenMRS), and support M&E in a collaborative, mission-driven health organization.

I am a Health Information Management professional with an honours degree and hands-on experience managing clinical coding, insurance billing (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), and customizing DHIS2 and OpenMRS. I lead inpatient secretarial teams, optimize staff training, and contribute to organizational strategic planning while maintaining data accuracy and compliance with HIPAA.

I have practical analytic experience using SPSS, STATA, SAS, EpiInfo and related tools to analyze health data and support decision-making. My background includes hospital operations, database updates, and implementing monitoring & evaluation concepts through formal coursework and online certification.
