Through remote planning support for residential and mixed-use clients across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, I've built detailed baseline and tender schedules, cash-flow forecasts, lookahead plans, resource-loaded programmes, and delay-analysis inputs.

I bring a civil engineering foundation and a controls-driven approach to coordinating consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and MEP teams, supporting BOQs, IPCs, RFIs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
