Provided 1:1 direct patient care in the client’s home under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program (EEOICPA). Assisted former Nuclear Weapons and Uranium Workers experiencing a variety of conditions. This role involved comprehensive home healthcare support.

Worked in collaboration with assigned Corrections Officers and the Axis Mental Health Jail Based Healthcare Team. Performed tasks related to forensic corrections and the care of inmates with diverse healthcare needs. This was a short-term employment engagement.

Served as a Charge Nurse and, at times, Census Nurse in a high acuity pediatric long-term care facility. Oversaw 25-60 children at a time, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including RT, CNA, PT, OT, ST, MD, RN, and LVN. Managed patient flow and care coordination.
