What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead product design for complex, user-centered products where research, strategy, AI interaction design, and scalable design systems can drive measurable business and user outcomes.

At Active Design Advisors, I own end-to-end product design for Fitwel, a B2B SaaS platform for health and wellness certification in commercial real estate. As the founding product designer, I shape roadmap decisions and ship experiences across certification, CRM, content, and payment management.

I designed tailored workflows for enterprise clients, certification review teams, content administrators, and payment managers. My work nearly doubled session depth, increased logins 14% year over year, raised same-day payments from 21% to 43%, and reduced average invoice payment time by 53%.

I lead research through interviews, moderated usability testing, behavioral analysis, and competitor analysis, turning findings into product improvements. I’m also driving strategy and interaction design for AI-supported certification workflows while scaling a component-based design system.

Previously, I led UX research and analytics work for mission-driven clients at the Center for Digital Experiences, designed eCommerce and LMS experiences at Perpetual Solutions, and created retail and advertising experiences for Lakmé at Hindustan Unilever. I bring product strategy, research, interaction design, and data-informed decision-making to complex user problems.
