I’m a highly motivated, patient-focused physiotherapist with more than 3 years of clinical experience across both inpatient (IPD) and outpatient (OPD) settings. I adapt quickly to complex cases, using strong clinical judgment to help restore function and improve quality of life.

In my junior role, I assisted senior physiotherapists with assessing patients’ mobility and physical conditions and developed individualized treatment plans under supervision. I delivered therapeutic exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination, and applied manual therapy techniques such as massage, mobilization, and stretching.

As a consultant physiotherapist, I provided early mobilization and ambulation training to prevent complications and managed post-operative patients (including orthopedic and abdominal surgeries). I monitored patient progress and documented treatment outcomes while delivering chest physiotherapy techniques like percussion, vibration, and breathing exercises, including ICU support through positioning, passive movements, and pulmonary rehabilitation.

I’m committed to continuous professional development and result-driven patient care. I educate patients and caregivers on mobility techniques, posture, and home exercise programs before discharge, and I coordinate with doctors, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, safe treatment.
