I’m a Chartered Accountant and CFA Level 1 candidate with hands-on experience in credit risk assessment and statutory audit. I focus on clear, decision-ready analysis—whether it’s evaluating infrastructure borrower risk or ensuring financial reporting reliability.

At NIIF Infrastructure Finance Limited, I conducted bottom-up fundamental analysis of 200+ infrastructure borrowers across renewable energy, roads, and social infrastructure. I supported live transaction credit work from origination to credit approval, working on risk structuring and mitigants, DSCR projections, leverage and coverage metrics, and ongoing portfolio monitoring.

On the audit side, I’ve led statutory audit engagements, quarterly limited reviews, tax audits, and certifications across diverse industries. At Deloitte Haskins and Sells LLP, I also performed a Special Purpose Audit for a PE acquisition, aligned to independent financial verification equivalent to buy-side due diligence.

I ensure compliance with CARO and IND AS while driving thorough control testing—covering areas like revenue from operations and borrowings—and identifying control gaps with improvement measures. I’m at my best when combining attention to detail, self-motivated learning, and team leadership to deliver strong outcomes under audit timelines.
