I am a proactive community development professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Community and Development Studies, majoring in Project Management. I bring hands-on experience from internships and volunteer roles where I led documentation, research, and program implementation.

My work has included implementing preventive maintenance strategies that improved operational efficiency by 20%, conducting feasibility studies, facilitating fundraising and tree-planting campaigns, and developing youth entrepreneurship projects and workshops. I am skilled in proposal and report writing, training and facilitation, and beneficiary needs assessment.
