At Caterpillar, I developed the company's first airflow test for a large mining truck, creating the Standard Test Procedure, coordinating instrumentation, and analyzing results. I also executed cooling and water systems testing on mining trucks and hydraulic mining shovels to evaluate thermal performance.
Across Caterpillar's cooling systems, procurement, and product support work, I evaluated radiator supplier options with ~$200K in forecasted annual savings and coordinated a redesign to address field failures. I also released a service bulletin for a hose leakage issue and supported the permanent design solution.
