I work as a QA Automation Engineer, combining test planning, execution, and reporting with hands-on automation to help teams deliver dependable software. I’ve built and applied test strategy through tools like Microsoft Test Manager, Jira, and Polarion, while keeping defect tracking structured and actionable.
Across SharePoint-based intranets and modern web apps, I test features end-to-end and strengthen coverage by writing Use Case documentation and TestCase documents. I also create video and text manuals and provide live client tutoring to make releases easier to adopt and verify.
