What I'm looking for

I'm interested in Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning, project and program management, community development, and social impact programs, particularly those focused on youth and women empowerment, financial inclusion, disability inclusion, and capacity building.

At People/Mastercard Foundation, I deliver financial literacy, business development and arts-based skills training to 700+ women, including 120 persons with disabilities. I also coordinate program activities, budgets, logistics and reporting, and support participant follow-up and field monitoring.

At CIC Insurance, I provide financial advisory and insurance solutions across life, health and general insurance products. I generated KES 240,000 in Annual Premium Income as a newly onboarded Financial Advisor, while managing client portfolios and policy documentation.

At Guaranty Trust Bank (Kenya) Ltd, I led customer experience initiatives, including innovation around the M-Pesa e-float service, and analyzed customer data and service processes. Earlier, I supported credit risk assessment and documentation there, and participated in monitoring and reporting public financial management reform projects at The National Treasury and Planning – Public Financial Management Reform Secretariat, Kenya.
