I'm looking for a role where I can combine strategic leadership and operational expertise to improve efficiency, quality, and innovation in a regulated production environment.

I lead diagnostic-kit production at Cepheid AB, managing 26 operators in a high-tech cleanroom environment. I ensure quality, safety, delivery precision, and GMP compliance while coordinating staffing and shift planning.

Previously at Octapharma AB, I led a nine-person team in blood plasma fractionation for nearly nine years. I planned and optimized complex production flows across Bas1, Bas2, and Bas3 while recruiting, training, and developing operators.

I've solved technical production issues and coordinated maintenance for separation, filtration, and processing equipment to reduce downtime and improve operational reliability. Lean-based improvement work, documentation, quality control, and regulatory compliance are central to how I work.

My background also includes pharmaceutical production, aseptic handling, GDP, and dental technology, including porcelain, implants, prostheses, and CAD/CAM-based design. I bring practical technical knowledge and hands-on leadership to demanding regulated environments.
