Mikel Ernstes

I am a passionate and dedicated senior dog trainer currently working at Petco, where I also serve as a district mentor. My experience in this role has allowed me to develop strong leadership skills while fostering a positive learning environment for both dogs and their owners. I take pride in my ability to connect with animals and their families, ensuring a successful training experience.

Prior to my current position, I worked at Petsmart Pet Hotel as an attendant, where I honed my skills in animal care and customer service. My background also includes experience as a kitchen shift lead at Castleton Lutheran Community Home, where I developed my organizational and teamwork skills. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Indiana University Columbus, which complements my practical experience with a strong academic foundation.
