Mihika Grover

I work at the intersection of cyber IT risk and privacy, creating end-to-end privacy proposals aligned with ISO/IEC 27701—from interpreting standards to delivering client-ready documentation. I run client discovery sessions to map business models, data flows, and regulatory exposure, then turn findings into gap assessments and remediation actions.

I’ve contributed from project kickoff through proposal drafting, risk analysis, and privacy control recommendations (including work on Casper Wealth – BitPe). I also lead Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and support BCMS implementation for FreeCharge, backed by standards research and advisory-style POV decks on ISO/IEC updates.

Earlier, I built process and product capabilities through internships—designing BPMN2.0 workflows to cut document generation time, creating a Netvibes dashboard for real-time KPIs, and developing a Node.js + MS SQL training tracker widget. I’ve also worked on frontend UI components and student-engagement improvements, and I enjoy applying data-driven thinking through projects like credit card fraud detection and price prediction.
