I’m a Senior Software Engineer focused on Platform & Infrastructure, owning infrastructure and operations for Adobe Developer Platform services—including the I/O Runtime, App Builder, I/O Events, Developer Console, Exchange, and Developer Website. I’ve supported thousands of developers with 99.99% availability, balancing uptime with operational clarity and security.
Across AWS and Azure, I architect and operate production infrastructure with Terraform, Kubernetes, IAM, networking, and managed cloud services. I led migrations of 20+ production services to Ethos Flex (Adobe’s internal CI/CD platform), standardized Terraform modules, and expanded GitOps deployment workflows (ArgoCD) across 7+ engineering teams—cutting new-service onboarding from days to hours.
I also build the operational foundation: observability dashboards, on-call automation, and SLOs/SLIs. These efforts reduced mean-time-to-recovery (MTTR) by 50%, and I expanded platform operations from a single AMER region to multi-region coverage across EMEA and APAC to improve global availability and resilience.
Earlier in my career, I engineered Kubernetes Operators in Go to automate provisioning and lifecycle management for Adobe Commerce environments, reducing manual provisioning effort by 80%, and I mentored 2 SREs as a technical lead. In DevOps roles, I migrated Magento Order Management from on-premises to AWS, reduced release time by 60%, and decomposed a monolith into ~10 Kubernetes-based microservices; I’ve also built internal tools like a custom Terraform provider for Adobe Ethos and an AI Change Request Assistant (MCP Server).
