At Aptiv, I manage supplier quality activities to protect production, improve supplier performance, recover quality-related costs, and prevent line stoppages through containment actions.

I've analysed supplier claims using Ishikawa, 5Why and DOE, conducted supplier audits, and tracked production rejection, customer claims, supplier performance and cost recovery through regular reporting. I also develop continuous-improvement actions using A3 and Step Down Charts.

Previously at Bosch, I supported simultaneous engineering across development, industrialization and process teams, assessed mechanical samples, reviewed complete-product and part CAD in NX, and contributed to DFMA, PFMEA and DFMEA workshops. I also developed an innovation project with the University of Minho to improve solder-joint reliability under thermal cycling.

My background includes mechanical quality assurance at Leica and an Integrated Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a manufacturing-technologies focus on metrology, statistical quality control, CNC, materials and industrial maintenance.
