I'm looking to lead global clinical programs and portfolios where I can strengthen execution, governance, compliance, sponsor partnerships, and high-performing teams across complex therapeutic areas.

I've led global Phase I–IV clinical programs and portfolios at ICON Clinical Research, partnering with pharmaceutical and biotech clients to deliver complex multi-therapeutic studies on time, within budget, and in compliance.

As Director of Project Management at ICON, I guide cross-functional teams across the drug development lifecycle, lead governance and sponsor meetings, oversee budgets and KPIs, and strengthen execution through risk mitigation and process improvement.

Previously at Duke Clinical Research Institute, I directed a $70M federally funded portfolio, improving financial planning, NIH grant compliance, multi-center trial execution, and collaboration with federal and academic partners.

Across Worldwide Clinical Trials, Syneos Health, Medpace, and ICON, I've led operational turnarounds, accelerated study start-up, developed teams, managed global delivery, and built sponsor confidence across cardiovascular and other complex therapeutic programs.
