Micheline-Ann Doh

I’m a Computer Engineering student at Ashesi University, recognized on the Dean’s List (GPA > 3.5/4.0). I bring a hands-on, problem-solving mindset that blends coding, data thinking, and practical engineering in ways that help people and organizations deliver measurable impact.

In a Machine Learning internship, I designed and tested an intelligent customer support chatbot with strong conversation flows and fallback responses. I also built a churn prediction system—engineering features, training and validating models, and visualizing key drivers—plus a time-series forecasting model for retail sales trends with actionable recommendations.

I’ve gained real-world operational experience as a Network Operations Center intern, monitoring and analyzing international VoIP and A2P SMS traffic in real time with tools like Wireshark and internal NOC monitoring. I performed root cause analysis using SIP trace analyses, KPI diagnostics, and SMSC logs, and contributed to beta testing and pre-deployment validation of Kasapoole across iOS and Android.

Across projects and STEM outreach, I’ve worked with robotics and signal processing—building an autonomous navigation robot simulation using ROS2, AMCL, Nav2 Stack, and LiDAR, and creating a music genre classification system with Python and Fourier Transforms. I enjoy learning quickly, iterating fast, and communicating clearly with teams—whether in workshops for about 20 high school students or in service leadership roles as a Service Chairperson.
