What I'm looking for

I'm seeking Technology Director, Head of Technology or CTO opportunities where I can lead digital transformation, enterprise platforms, product strategy and engineering delivery, ideally in remote EMEA or Europe-based environments.

At Goldman Solutions & Services, I lead software engineering strategy, enterprise solution design, integrations and the Mila AI Agents Platform, reporting directly to the CEO. I built the engineering function from a single-person capacity into a six-person department and lead major client engagements from discovery through handover.

I translate operational and client needs into architecture, scope, estimates and delivery plans across e-services, workflow portals, data platforms and transaction systems. I combine product ownership, solution architecture and hands-on development, shaping secure Azure-based enterprise integrations with CRM, ERP, booking and external systems.
