What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can help people improve their health and support athletes’ sports performance. I want to work in evidence-based environments, assist with patient care and training, and contribute to performance monitoring and analysis.

I’m driven by a simple goal: fulfilling work that helps others improve their health while strengthening athletes’ sports performance. My experience spans hands-on patient support, fitness instruction, and research projects grounded in evidence-based practice.

In physical therapy settings, I’ve worked as a Physical Therapy Aide and an Intern, supporting patients through exercises and aquatic therapy, and helping with appointment scheduling. I also built experience in structured clinical support through computer work and day-to-day coordination in the clinic environment.

I also bring performance-focused energy from leading fitness classes—especially for elderly participants—and from project work analyzing athletic performance. My research includes impact of workload and heart rate, and ACL prevention topics for female athletes, supported by physiologic and evidence-based practice research.

Beyond clinical and performance work, I bring reliability from roles in customer-facing settings and inventory control, along with certifications including First Aid/CPR/AED and CITI Program training. I’m committed to continuous learning, teamwork, and clear communication—whether I’m guiding a patient through movement or supporting an athlete’s progress.
