I’m a highly driven data analyst and brewing/production technician who combines shopfloor troubleshooting with data-driven reporting. In my current role, I identify and troubleshoot problems with brewhouse equipment, repair and replace machine components, and help restore machines to basic condition.
As a brewpanel operator/process technician, I closely monitor and control key brewing parameters—including temperature, pH, and flow rate—using brewing equipment. I operate and maintain brewpanel vessels, mash filter, and heat exchangers, while conducting quality checks at different stages to protect taste and appearance.
I also bring strong operations discipline from cellar/tankroom and silo work, including yeast pitching, fermentation monitoring, accurate data recording for compliance, and planned inspections and maintenance. I use Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Python to collect and analyze brewpanel data, and I support continuous improvement using RCFA, Kaizen, 5S, HACCP, ISO standards, and GMP.
