I’m an Assistant Manager in Direct Marketing Production with experience overseeing daily operations, campaign proposals, and execution aligned with business objectives. I lead my department team to keep campaigns running smoothly while ensuring strong engagement and performance.

I plan, create, and execute direct marketing campaigns to increase player visitation. I also compose and distribute communications via SMS, Viber, and email, then develop and set up direct marketing and event campaigns in various systems.

To keep results reliable, I manage digital signage content on the casino floor to enhance player engagement, and I conduct system testing for new and existing campaigns to ensure optimal performance. I also build efficiencies through CMS automation workflows in TraffGen, improving campaign trafficking efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Before this, I worked as a Marketing Specialist (ManilaMed - Medical Center Manila), where I served as the point person for business meetings and events with doctors, clients, and partners. I coordinated branding projects and events, monitored and maintained the marketing budget, and consistently brought structure, communication strength, and adaptability to every collaboration.
