At Avocado Green Brands, I welcome customers and learn about their needs and sleeping styles so I can personalize their experience and recommend mattresses, bedding, and furniture. I also help guests through the store’s digital platform, by chat or phone.
At Whole Pets, I helped customers understand dog and cat food and holistic medicines, processed purchases, and cared for store operations. I also created graphics and captions for the store’s Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Since 2018, I’ve worked as a self-employed babysitter and pet sitter, adapting to each family’s or pet’s needs and keeping clients updated. I’m studying Business at University of Colorado Boulder.
