What I'm looking for

I’m looking to bring practical psychological support, clear communication, and a hands-on approach to a team that values growth, positive change, and meaningful impact.

I provide individual and group therapy, crisis support, psych-education, and preventive mental health programs across school, rehabilitation, and faith-based settings.

At St. Mary’s School Nairobi, I progressed from intern to relief counsellor and then official school counsellor, supporting students while collaborating with staff and parents. I was commended for professionalism and adaptability in strengthening the school’s mental health efforts.

I also provide online counselling at Riena International College, facilitate mental health webinars, and have supported clients in recovery at Excel Wellness Centre through therapy and holistic rehabilitation plans. My approach combines psychological knowledge, practical problem-solving, clear communication, and faith-based principles where appropriate.
