What I'm looking for

I seek leadership roles using adaptive MEL to influence policy and scale gender-responsive public health programs, with emphasis on capacity strengthening and evidence-to-policy translation.

I am a strategic Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) leader with over 15 years' experience delivering impact across public health, gender equality, humanitarian aid, and community development in East Africa. I design adaptive MEL systems, lead multi-country evaluations, and build institutional capacity for data-driven decision-making.
