What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an NGO role where I can contribute to South Sudan community well-being through program implementation, health education, donor engagement support, and monitoring & evaluation—backed by research and evidence-based policy.

I’m an aspiring public health and development professional passionate about South Sudan community well-being, research, program implementation, and evidence-based policy. I bring hands-on experience strengthening maternal health, immunization coverage, and community referrals through clear communication, documentation, and data-driven follow-up.

As a Public health officer intern at Juba Teaching Hospital (Jan 2026–Mar 2026), I’m strengthening maternal health outcomes by delivering antenatal health education and managing documentation for 200+ expectant mothers. I’m also improving immunization coverage by tracking 500+ patients through immunization-card registration and vaccination data tallying, while triaging patients and handling gender-based violence cases discreetly.

Previously, I served as a Community health Administrator at Trroy Studios (Mar 2024–Jan 2026), where I streamlined program coordination to achieve 20% faster reporting and improved financial accountability through support with bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense monitoring. I also strengthened stakeholder engagement, expanded health education reach with 15+ sessions, and enhanced referral efficiency by coordinating timely transfers and maintaining program records—always focusing on accurate data collection, cross-cultural collaboration, and accountability.
