I’m looking for a role that blends hands-on full-cycle accounting with team development, process improvement, and client advisory. I want work where accurate month-end close, audit readiness, and measurable outcomes truly matter.

I’m an accounting professional with 8+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle accounting, team leadership, and client advisory work. I lead teams of 6+ bookkeepers and oversee portfolio quality, accuracy, and month-end close timeliness across multiple client entities.

I serve as the primary escalation point for complex accounting issues, applying sound judgment to ensure correct treatment. I also established and maintained accounting processes, internal controls, and documentation to support audit readiness and scalable team growth, partnering with Operations and Finance leadership to improve close efficiency and reporting accuracy.
