Memory Msukwa

I am a qualified and registered Business Studies teacher with a Bachelor of Education (Business Studies) from the University of Malawi (2024) and experience teaching MSCE-level Mathematics, Business Studies, and Computer Studies. I combine curriculum-aligned lesson planning with learner-centered instructional methods and use digital tools when possible to improve learning outcomes.

I have practical classroom experience as a student teacher at Luwinga Secondary School and have served as a mentor in multiple community day secondary schools in Chitipa, delivering motivational guidance and academic support. I design schemes of work, write and implement lesson plans, organize classroom activities, and assess student performance with a focus on exam preparation.

I bring strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic SPSS data analysis, and a commitment to improving student achievement and wellbeing within a professional and supportive school environment.
