What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a public health role where I can lead community program implementation and M&E—strengthening SRHR/RMNCAH, HIV prevention, and cervical cancer prevention through stakeholder collaboration, quality data, and clear reporting.

I am a registered community health nurse and public health professional who plans, implements, and evaluates community-based health programs in NGO and clinical settings. I bring strong patient-centered care, program delivery, and monitoring discipline to initiatives that improve community health outcomes.

As a Program Officer (Health), I design and execute community health programs aligned with public health priorities—conducting needs assessments, managing data collection, and monitoring program indicators for compliance with reporting standards. I lead SRHR, RMNCAH, HIV prevention, adolescent health, and cervical cancer prevention interventions, coordinating stakeholder engagement and community participation to strengthen outcomes.

Previously, I supported perioperative care and infection prevention and control as a Scrub Nurse, and I also contributed to data analysis and M&E reporting in community-based programs. With experience in grant proposals and health systems strengthening, I work with teams to turn evidence into action while maintaining clear documentation and accountability.
