What I'm looking for
I’m a senior-level client service and operations professional with 20 years of experience delivering accurate, detail-oriented support in insurance, wealth/financial services, and banking. I lead with a positive attitude, stay calm under pressure, and focus on building strong rapport with clients and teams.
In my current role as a Senior Account Coordinator II (Licensed P&C Agent), I assist Account Executives with daily processing of endorsements, evidence of insurance, and automobile identification cards. I liaise with external carriers and escrow companies, maintain suspense files, manage electronic documentation in EPIC, and develop strong working knowledge of numerous carrier websites and agency portals.
Previously, I supported individual insurance, retirement plans, and operations at BGA Financial, handling application completion/submission, proposals and illustrations, policy maintenance, client reviews, premium payment processing, and compliance-based file upkeep. Earlier at TRSS Wealth Management and Bangor Savings Bank, I supported day-to-day CRM/branch workflows, transaction and form processing, and compliance responsibilities, strengthening my expertise in Excel/Word, imaging and e-signature workflows, and end-to-end client service.
