Soy QA Engineer especializada en testing de sistemas impulsados por IA y agentes conversacionales de voz. En este tipo de productos, cada conversación puede ser distinta y un agente puede “alucinar”, así que mi foco es construir sistemas de evaluación y monitoreo que encuentren esos fallos antes que los usuarios.
Arranqué en Sidetool como única responsable de calidad de la agencia: diseñé y ejecuté estrategias funcionales, de regresión y E2E con Cypress, hice performance con k6, y trabajé con APIs REST y SQL sobre web, mobile y ERP. También validé end-to-end workflows entre ERP, apps móviles y microservicios, asegurando consistencia de datos y cubriendo edge cases en sistemas con IA.
Luego, los fundadores me transfirieron a Kleva para construir el área de QA desde cero. Diseñé la estrategia completa con foco en análisis de riesgo y edge cases, implementé LLM-as-a-judge para regresiones y monitoreo continuo, validé comportamiento no determinístico (STT/TTS) y desarrollé un agente de IA que automatiza la creación de test suites, reduciendo un 70% el tiempo de diseño de pruebas. Durante ausencias del QA Manager, lideré el área de forma interina.
