At Erste Digital, I develop and optimize prompts for Hey George, a large-scale LLM banking assistant serving Central and Eastern European markets. I design RAG workflows, structured outputs, function-calling pipelines, and customer-facing conversational flows.

I evaluate prompts systematically and analyze failures to reduce hallucinations and improve response consistency. Previously at Abdi Ibrahim Technology, I built LLM-powered applications and AI assistants using medical data, OpenAI API, LangChain, Azure AI Services, Flask, SQL, and MongoDB.

I also built AI models for social media analytics and machine learning models for electricity-usage prediction from real supermarket data. My work includes backend development, CI/CD automation, and collaborating with stakeholders and end users to improve product usability.

Most recently, I designed and built Lisana, a full-stack AI language-learning platform with personalized conversation tutoring, GPT-4o integrations, speech synthesis, FastAPI, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Langfuse, and Sentry.
