What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a supportive clinical team where I can grow as a Registered Nurse, deliver safe pediatric-focused care, coordinate with interdisciplinary staff, and strengthen my documentation, patient education, and communication skills.

I’m an entry-level Registered Nurse building my career through hands-on bedside experience and a strong commitment to safety, clear communication, and patient-centered care. I’ve supported licensed staff by providing basic patient care and assisting with activities of daily living under supervision, while consistently documenting and communicating patient needs.

In the Neurology Unit, I supported daily operations by assisting nursing staff, physicians, and consultants with patient needs, transporting patients and medical equipment, and monitoring patients under a Physician’s Emergency Certificate while documenting behavior. I also floated to various departments as needed to strengthen continuity of care and team reliability.

Now, as a Registered Nurse in pediatrics, I organize and prioritize care for assigned patients, coordinate interdisciplinary activities, and delegate tasks appropriately. I focus on accurate documentation and reporting, collaborate with the healthcare team to improve outcomes, and provide patient/family education while seeking supervision when care needs exceed safe practice limits.

Alongside my clinical training, I bring disciplined teamwork and leadership from representing major organizations in high-performance environments. Whether coordinating team events, engaging community outreach, or serving on event committees, I’m used to balancing time-sensitive responsibilities and communicating clearly—skills I bring directly to fast-paced patient care.
