I also lead the organization’s R&D activities and have established and managed its R&D Centre, including internal and TÜBİTAK-supported projects.
With 30 years in shipping, I bring seafaring and ship-management experience alongside technical command of the ISM Code, ISPS Code, MLC Convention, marine inspection, and classification society coordination.
