I am an operations and data specialist with hands-on experience in courier operations, office supervision, and records management. I have a Bachelors in Economics and vocational training in computer operations, which support my analytical and administrative strengths.

In previous roles I managed data entry, shipment sorting, returns processing, and created Excel records to track and correct address errors. I also supervised office operations and coordinated timely movements of couriers and deployments.

I hold certifications in DAE Computer Operation and completed advanced training in Excel and Power BI, and I am comfortable building HLD/LLD documents, performing VLOOKUPs, creating KMZ data for mapping, and preparing BOQs/BOMs for analysis.

I am a practical communicator with presentation skills, people-management experience, and a focus on process improvements such as just-in-time inventory and procure-to-project workflows.
