I seek a collaborative operations or supply-chain role where I can improve processes, manage end-to-end fulfillment, gain exposure to varied projects, and grow technical skills including programming and systems automation.

I am an operations professional with hands-on experience in supply chain management, warehouse operations and shipment coordination since 2018. At Alibaba Group I planned station strategy, managed receiving, sorting, inventory, order processing and third‑party courier handovers.

I am proficient in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Photoshop, OMS/WMS and hardware/software basics, and I apply analytical problem‑solving to improve operational efficiency. I enjoy collaborative environments, creative problem solving, and am eager to grow into programming and expanded operational responsibilities.
