What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply my Python and machine learning training to practical AI work, particularly computer vision and NLP, while bringing the quality, workflow, and leadership experience I’ve built in high-volume laboratory environments.

I lead histopathology laboratory operations at HISTOPATHOLOGY LABORATORY and Laboratory Networks, QSUT, coordinating workflows that process approximately 300–400 specimens daily. I manage and train around 20 laboratory technologists while overseeing quality assurance, equipment readiness, documentation, inventory, and regulatory compliance.

Alongside my laboratory leadership work, I’m developing hands-on machine learning and AI capabilities through Python, machine learning, deep learning, data analysis, and practical projects using real-world datasets. My background in clinical laboratory science brings a quality-focused, detail-oriented perspective to computer vision and NLP work.
