I’m a Data Associate with hands-on experience in data annotation and evaluation, focused on delivering accurate, timely outputs for AI model needs. I bring a technical, analytical approach to content publishing operations, with a strong emphasis on quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

In my role at Amazon (Rufus and Alexa Shopping), I manage content publishing operations to ensure timely delivery of metadata and annotations for AI models. I track component deliveries, resolve issues with cross-functional teams, and identify process bottlenecks to improve operational efficiency and on-time delivery.

I also support continuous improvement by contributing to post-mortems and process improvement initiatives, analyzing publishing defects and documenting corrective actions. By adopting new tools and following complex runbooks, I’ve been able to support evolving operational projects while maintaining high standards in collaboration with QA and engineering teams.

Alongside my operations experience, I build technical projects that sharpen my modeling and implementation skills. I developed a machine learning model for detecting adulterated fruits using image processing, and I created a bus booking management application using Java/J2EE with a MySQL backend and an HTML/CSS/JavaScript frontend.
