Aligned design processes and principles, working with business stakeholders for improving the CMS interface. Successfully implemented new features like tutor auditing, live class management, and tutor allocation optimization, resulting in 202% user engagement. Led a team of 3 members in the CMS pod, defining roadmap and vision, which contributed to $0.32 billion revenue.

Conducted approximately 200 user interviews and usability testing, analyzing gathered data to improve the interface for CMS and Student Mobile App. Prepared a Distributed-yet-centralized-design system to maintain consistency among five products. Revamped the home page for the Student App and validated the design solution with A/B testing, resulting in a 162% increment in user engagement.

As a founding designer for Statisfy, defined the UX/UI strategy from stealth mode to launch, and built the design system, ensuring scalability and consistency which helped to capture first 10 customers and $0.136M revenue within 6 months. Conducted extensive user research and iterative testing to refine features, collaborating closely with the founders and engineering team on every phase.

Worked in the Server & Tools Division for the discovery and migration of on-premise applications to Windows Azure, a cloud computing platform. This role involved significant data analysis to facilitate the transition of enterprise systems to a scalable cloud environment.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Technology degree, majoring in Chemical Engineering and minoring in Interaction Design. The curriculum provided a strong foundation in both technical and design principles.
