I’m a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer with 4+ years of enterprise IT experience across hybrid cloud operations, Windows/Linux systems administration, and DevSecOps practices. I’ve worked extensively in Azure cloud environments (AZ-900, DP-900) with a focus on infrastructure monitoring, identity access management, and ITIL-based change management.
In my recent role, I support internal cloud-hosted systems, manage application monitoring pipelines, and maintain secure IAM—while building runbooks and troubleshooting guides in Confluence and ServiceNow. Earlier, I delivered Tier-1/Tier-2 support for enterprise Wintel environments, maintaining 99.9% uptime SLA and using Splunk for root-cause analysis; now I’m actively expanding my expertise in Terraform, Ansible, GCP, and policy as code to grow into multi-cloud infrastructure roles.
