Megan Giaudrone

I am a driven and compassionate Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lewis University. I graduated in December 2022 and have since been committed to providing high-quality patient care. My experience at Advocate Christ Hospital has allowed me to work on a Progressive Cardiac Care/Telemetry Unit, where I fostered a healing environment that improved patient trust and satisfaction. I pride myself on my strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans for patients with complex needs.

Throughout my clinical rotations, I have gained valuable experience in various settings, including pediatrics, obstetrics, and critical care. I have demonstrated my leadership abilities by serving as a preceptor and participating in quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient safety. My dedication to nursing is further reflected in my memberships in the Sigma Theta Tau National Nursing Honor Society and my consistent presence on the Dean's List. I am eager to continue my professional development and contribute positively to a healthcare team.
