What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to apply my clinical expertise to training the next generation of clinical AI.

At University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health, I evaluate lung nodule detection AI in daily clinical use through Epic. I verify outputs against clinical findings, document failure modes, and share structured feedback with IT that informed a multi-site rollout of AI and LLM-assisted workflows.

I also navigate newly diagnosed cancer patients through the continuum of care, with a focus on lung cancer screening and incidental lung nodules. I audit EMR charts for cancer data abstraction and documentation accuracy.

Across inpatient oncology, outpatient infusion, and medical-surgical settings, I’ve administered chemotherapy, blood products, and clinical trial medications while monitoring for adverse reactions. I’ve also oriented new graduate nurses and evaluated staff competency.
