What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can use communication, customer handling, data management, teaching, and technology skills while learning new tools and contributing in a collaborative or remote team environment.

I've handled customer queries, complaints, service issues, and customer records at Dream Express while coordinating with internal teams to resolve problems in a target-oriented environment.

I'm also an educator who has taught academic, ICT, and technology-related subjects at Metro School & College, Unique School and College, and Mouchak Ideal Public School and College. I hold a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering and developed an IoT-based real-time plant monitoring and smart irrigation system using sensors and remote pump control.
