I rebuilt a 6,221-line legacy configurator into a modular, metafield-driven system for 1,000+ SKU combinations on Shopify Plus. Across my independent consultancy, I’ve worked hands-on with Shopify and Shopify Plus for retail and DTC brands.
For Enea Studio, I delivered a six-sprint build covering a PDP redesign, variant filtering, and technical SEO; Core Web Vitals were green at 2.1s LCP, 129ms INP, and 0.05 CLS. For Everly, I restored Shopify Markets currency conversion across 236 international regions and cut CLS from 0.11 to 0.00.
At Longeva Group, I built and launched three Shopify Plus storefronts, including a native B2B storefront with gated catalogue access and flat-rate VAT handling. At Varsity Gripz, I built the store from day zero, which scaled to seven-figure annual revenue in under 12 months.
I build custom themes and storefront functionality with Liquid and JavaScript, and extend Shopify Plus with Checkout Validation Functions, Checkout UI Extensions, and APIs. I also work on performance, technical SEO, and conversion improvements, including a HelloSips page test that lifted revenue per visitor 38%.
