What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a site-engineering role where I can apply safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and quality control, coordinate stakeholders and teams, and grow through hands-on project execution and clear feedback.

I’m a site engineer with 1.5 years of valuable experience at Larsen and Toubro (L&T), working in construction site engineering and construction. I bring strong construction site management and communication management skills to help projects run smoothly.

I oversee construction work while maintaining rigorous safety standards and ensuring high-quality results within specified parameters and timelines. I’m proactive with safety protocol implementation and team coordination to keep execution on track.

I handle regulatory compliance, quality control, and problem-solving and decision making on site. I also support technical data analysis, drawing interpretation, and drawing/reporting to keep stakeholders aligned with project needs.

Trained in civil engineering through a Diploma in civil engineering, I’m self-motivated, disciplined, and punctual. I quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, and I enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver reliable outcomes.
