What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build on my manufacturing, troubleshooting, quality, and documentation experience while developing data analysis and cybersecurity skills through my in-progress professional certificates.

My background is mainly in technical manufacturing and customer service. I’ve worked in semiconductor manufacturing at TSMC, metal manufacturing, and composite production, which has given me a lot of experience with problem solving, troubleshooting, quality control, and working in fast-paced environments. I also have previous customer service experience from Walmart and QuikTrip.

I’m currently looking to take my career in a new direction and move into a more computer-focused role. I’m interested in customer support, data entry, data annotation, operations, e-commerce, IT, and other technology-related opportunities. I’m looking for a position where I can keep building my skills, take on new challenges, and have room to grow long term.
