Mbalenhle has been working as an administrative assistant for the past seven years at a major university in South Africa, where I currently support master's and doctoral students.

I worked as a retail shop promotion and administrative clerk for a year before. During that time, I learned how to be independent, work well with people, and serve customers.I am an extremely committed and dedicated person that is constantly willing to learn new things and push myself. I am the type of person who can work under pressure and still produce quality work.

I now hold a diploma in business management and am working for a degree in the same field.
