What I'm looking for
I am a materials and metallurgical engineer with hands-on experience in materials management, data processing, and infrastructure project support. In my current role I work as a Junior Materials & Asset Control Engineer, managing inventory, verifying mill certificates, and tracking assets to ensure compliance and cost efficiency. I have also worked remotely as a Data Processing Officer, developing procedures that improved processing efficiency and data accuracy.
My earlier roles include service with Rivers State University's Directorate of Physical Planning where I researched land-use trends, prepared construction progress reports, and supported inspection activities, as well as industrial training at the Department of Petroleum Resources where I conducted inspections, inventory checks, and quality verification.
I bring strong data manipulation and visualization skills, advanced Excel, AutoCAD and SQL proficiency, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative, trainable approach to work.
