At Scalvy Inc., I lead engineers across power electronics projects for AMD, Caterpillar and the California Energy Commission while building the PMO. I introduced a release cycle and feature maturity model, and reduced sprint ticket carryover by 65%.

At Valeo, I led software delivery for 18+ engineers across VW Group, Rivian and Volvo projects. We delivered releases every six weeks with 95%+ on-time delivery and achieved ASPICE Level 3.

Before that, I worked in software validation at Valeo, contributing to test strategy, HIL environments and validation for automotive projects. My work included bootloader validation for Audi’s Rain Light Tunnel sensor project and CAPL-based validation for HKMC.
